Every summer the pool sponsors several parties for the members and their guests. These are also open to the public. They are usually scheduled on Memorial day, July 4th, and Labor Day. The pool supplies the charcoal, organizes game and ask everyone to participate in a pot luck. A great time is sure to be had by all.
Private Parties
The pool is available for private parties. However, they must be scheduled in advance to assure proper life guard staffing. To avoid any disappointments, it is strongly suggested that you schedule your parties early .

Before calling for Private Party reservations, please have ready:
Date, Pool Key Number, Time & approxemate number of guests.
Party fees and policies:
A) For pool members -- $2.00 per guest for parties, $1.50 for guests accompanying members during open swim periods.
B) For non-members -- $5.50 per guest for parties
C) Lifeguard fees -- $15.00 per hour, per guard
D) All parties with more than 10 guests MUST be scheduled prior to the event. Please do not show up with more than 10 guests without scheduling beforehand. This is a safety issue.
E) A 50% deposit will be required at least 2 weeks before the party/event date. Full payment is due on the date of the party/event.
F) A full refund will be given for parties cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled party date/time. No refunds if the party is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
