BONDS
The Highland Vista Cinco Via Recreation Center was constructed by the Neighborhood Association through the sale of bonds to neighborhood property owners.

Bond Membership
Pool Bonds in the Highland Vista-Cinco Via neighborhood may accompany
properties within the district.
This information should have been made available during the home sale/purchase transaction. The volunteer in charge of membership will be able to verify ownership if there is a question.
Bond holders may or may not hold verification of a paid assessment as well. Both are required for active pool membership.
If a neighborhood home owner does not hold a bond and proof of paid assessment he or she may purchase them at a cost of $450.00 each to be paid in two successive swim seasons.
These payments include the annual dues as well as the cost of the bond and assessment.

POOL RATES

Pool rates for members and guests will increase by $10 to $330 (plus $10 neighborhood association fee).

Activity memberships will increase by $20 to $470.

Party fees and policies will be as follows:

A)  For pool members -- $2.00 per guest for parties, $1.50 for guests accompanying members during open swim periods

B)  For non-members -- $5.50 per guest for parties

C)  Lifeguard fees -- $15.00 per hour, per guard

D)  All parties with more than 10 guests MUST be scheduled prior to the event. Please do not show up with more than 10 guests without scheduling beforehand. This is a safety issue.

E)  A 50% deposit will be required at least 2 weeks before the party/event date. Full payment is due on the date of the party/event.

F) A full refund will be given for parties cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled party date/time. No refunds if the party is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
