Guests
Guests of members are welcome at the pool. They must be accompanied by the member and we do assess a $1.50 fee per guest per day of use. This is of course based upon an honor system and is noted by signing in as you enter the pool area. We ask members to sign in each time. This helps us assess the busiest times of pool use and informs us about needed changes in pool operations. Members will be billed at a later date for all guest use

LIFEGUARDS FOR YOUR PARTY:
Lifeguard hours vary It is suggested you have 1 lifeguard per 25 guests, unless many are not intending to swim. If you plan a party outside the above hours you will need a lifeguard, or be willing to sign an agreement wavering the pool from liability should there be an accident.
Please reserve lifeguards early as they are not always available for last minute duty.
Larger parties require one per 25 guests.


 

 


Private Parties
The pool is available for private parties.
You must be a pool member, or be sponsored by a member, to hold a private party.

This form must be signed and delivered to the current party reservations volunteer before you can be registered. Reservations are on a first come basis

Party fees and policies:
A) For pool members -- $2.00 per guest for parties, $1.50 for guests accompanying members during open swim periods.

B) For non-members -- $5.50 per guest for parties

C) Lifeguard fees -- $15.00 per hour, per guard

D) All parties with more than 10 guests MUST be scheduled prior to the event. Please do not show up with more than 10 guests without scheduling beforehand. This is a safety issue.

E) A 50% deposit will be required at least 2 weeks before the party/event date. Full payment is due on the date of the party/event.

F) A full refund will be given for parties cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled party date/time. No refunds if the party is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
